Breakfast and After School Club

Stimpson Avenue Academy Wrap Around Care is open to children attending Stimpson Avenue Academy from Reception to Year 6 and is run by academy staff.

Breakfast club is open from 7:50 am to the start of the school day and costs £5 per session.

After-school club is open from the end of the school day to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday during term time only and costs £9 per session, and £7 for siblings per session. We provide a healthy snack for children and provide a wide range of activities.

All requests are on a first come first served basis and we accept regular and adhoc bookings.

Your place will be secured once we have received payment for the term, as per our terms and conditions.

Key information

Breakfast club

Children need to be dropped off at the Adnitt Road Entrance. Breakfast Club starts at 7.50am .

At the end of the session Key Stage 2 children are released to make their own way to their classes, while Key Stage 1 children are escorted to their class teacher or a designated drop off point.

After School Club

Key Stage 1 children are collected or dropped to a designated meeting point while Key Stage 2 make their own way to the club.

Parents can pick up at any time up until 6pm. All children must be signed out by an adult over 16 who is named on that child’s registration form.

Food and Snack

A snack is available for pupils attending after school club. Healthy Eating Guidelines are followed and includes wraps or sandwiches with cheese or meat, vegetables, fruit and yoghurt.
